Reservations For Walker Fieldhouse & AFC
- (New policy effective November 20, 2005)
- Members of the Vassar community may reserve a bay during open recreation
time at Walker Fieldhouse.
- Reservations for a specific time and court can be made 48 hours
in advance of that time.
- The Department of Athletics and Physical Education has implemented a new scheduling policy for reservations of the bays in Walker Fieldhouse and space in the AFC. For all reservations, please send a written request via email (no phone calls) to Bruce Gillman, Head Fencing Coach at brgillman@vassar.edu. If the request can be accommodated, the reservation will be confirmed via a written response from Bruce.
- All reservations must be submitted 48 hours in advance to ensure your request. Once again, no phone calls or conversations will be accepted. EMAIL ONLY.
- Informational copies of the existing schedule will be available in the AFC office suite and at the control desk in the AFC.
- Further advancements to improve this policy are in the making, and the campus community will be notified once they are installed.
