POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Senior forward Joseph Petruccelli (Flushing, N.Y.) scored one goal and set up another to lead Vassar College to a 2-0 non-conference men's soccer victory over Hunter College Monday afternoon at Prentiss Field.

Petruccelli put the game away with less than three minutes remaining in regulation when he blasted a direct kick from the left side outside of the box that beat Mesquita for the goal.
