New York, N.Y. -- New York University scored twice in a span of 23 seconds in the first half en route to a 3-0 victory over Vassar College in women's soccer action Saturday afternoon.

The Violets got goals from Jennifer Farkas and Lauren Henkel at 21:55 and 22:18 respectively in the first half.

Kate Goldwater added a goal midway through the second half for the 3-0 final.

Freshman Heather Jaffe (Belle Mead, N.J.) made 13 saves for the Brewers (2-3). Becca Giefer had one save for the Violets (3-3-1).
